Prairie Beer Brunch

The fine folks at Prairie Artisan Ales have teamed up with our chefs to find the perfect Prairie beers to pair with our eight-course tasting menu. The menu is now officially final:
‘Phoenix’ Egg – “Stout” flour tempura fried eggs, pickled pepper jam.
Beer: ‘Prairie Vous Français’ Beer-Mosas. Belgian farmhouse with O.J. (3.9%)
Stuffed Mushroom – Grilled cremini, au poivre sauce, and corn.
Beer: Prairie ‘Vape Tricks.’ Fruited sour with Cherries (5.9%)
House Sausage – Grilled OK Yaki Sausage, whole grain mustard, house-made ketchup.
Beer: Prairie ‘Phantasmagoria.’ Double IPA (8%)
Steak & Eggs – Wagyu flank Yakitori with soft scrambled eggs.
Beer: Prairie ‘Picnic.’ American Pale Ale (5.5%)
Grilled Duck – Duck breast, plum sauce, stout grain risotto.
Beer: Prairie ‘As If.’ Sour ale with blackberries, blackcurrant, & black plum (4.8%)
Scallop – Scallop Yakitori, aromatic duck broth.
Beer: Prairie ‘Anyone Seen Roy?’ New England IPA (6.8%)
Double Dunk Float – Prairie ‘Double Dunk.’ Imperial stout with Oreos. (11.9%) Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Picnic Cake & Mosaic Tea – Prairie ‘Picnic’ Pale Ale syrup macerated Genoise cake with white chocolate mousse, apricot jam, and mango. House-made tea with mint, apple, honey, and mosaic hops.
Beer: Prairie ‘Apple Brandy Noir.’ Imperial stout aged in apple brandy barrels. (12%)
