Hi everyone! Finally, we are almost to the end of fake fall, and hopefully real fall is not too far behind our little second chance at summer. Stores all around town are prompting us to purchase for Thanksgiving and Christmas already, but there are some darling local boutiques that want you to celebrate Halloween, too!

In Downtown Edmond, there are a few local boutiques on Broadway between 2nd Street and Campbell with amazing Halloween decor and must stops are Broadway Antiques who have a hilarious sense of humor when it comes to Halloween, Sterlings who have a great selection of MacKenzie-Childs pumpkins, and Silver Leaf Gems who hand bead their notorious Spiders who are now being sent to their new homes in “crates”.

Silver Leaf Gems hand beaded Spiders are being sent to their homes in new “crates” this season! Located on Campbell Street just west of Broadway!

As well, DEBA, the Downtown Edmond Business District is getting ready for their Scarecrow Contest, with themed Scarecrows going up all throughout the district during the next week or so for voting at the end of October.

Paper Arts of Edmond is a fantastic place to find gifts and decor at 221 S. Santa Fe Rd. next to Menchies, and just north of Edmond Rd. but a great place to find everything you need to make gifts and decorate them as well as anything and everything you may need for scrapbooking. Open Tuesdays through Saturdays!

Serendipity Market at 917 E Danforth Rd is open Mondays through Saturday’s 10 am to 6 pm, and this Saturday they are holding their first Yard Sale to allow the vendor’s an opportunity to clear out their inventory before the holidays are here! Their store is full of decor and gift ideas for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas already, be sure to stop by soon and often as inventory changes and stock runs low quickly!

Also, be sure to stop by Cultured Cloths either at their N. Edmond location on Covell & Enterprise or at Chisolm Creek in North OKC. If you’ve never been to this independently owned clothing boutique, you need to at least stop in and check it out. They stock unique clothing, shoes and accessories that are made well, not just fast fashion, and have cute gift items available, too! Fall and Winter items are arriving daily! Click the banner here on our site to check out their online store, and shop from home!

That’s it for today, hoping you have a fun filled fall weekend!
