The folks behind popular Oklahoma City/Midtown ice cream parlor Capitals Ice Cream have moved into Edmond Railyard with a new concept: Cities Ice Cream!
Cities Ice Cream will specialize in a rotating selection of seasonal delights, from cookies to ice creams with dozens of different toppings to locally roasted coffee from Sincerely Coffee Roasters. Currently they’re ringing in the 
holiday season with the concept of Christmastime in the Cities.
You can check out Cities Ice Cream at 23 W. First Street in Edmond. Give them a try tonight, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at their grand opening!
