This summer we are having a 3-week intensive in July for ages 8 and up! The first 2 weeks include a focus on technique in both classical ballet and contemporary work, learning character and historical dance, and of course ballet theory! To become a professional or an expert in ballet you need to be knowledgeable in both the physical and mental parts of ballet. While doing the steps you need to understand why you are doing it and the meaning behind each classical ballet step! Whether you want to join a company someday we want to make sure you are getting the best of the best for your training so if you do decide to pursue this amazing art form when you are older you have the choice.
