Monday night’s Mike Morgan proclaimed “inland hurricane” was nothing to ignore. We all certainly got lucky with this storm.

Hi everyone! Hoping all of you had a great first week back to school and are getting your schedule dialed in. This week started off with …. an inland hurricane?! I was super scared of what could’ve happened Monday night but then Mike Morgan at KFOR dropped this new term out there and made me finally laugh… So sorry for all of you who lost and still don’t have power, been there and done that, and it’s no fun.

Ever since 2013, I have wanted to create a city guide for local residents, whether affluent or not, and whether new residents or long time Edmonites. We have all kinds of “Best of” lists around the metro, but none that appear to be based on community input but rather sales tools.

Click here to nominate your favorite businesses in and around Edmond, so that we can populate the EA City Guide with your choices, and then come back to vote for your favorites from October 19, 2019 to December 31, 2019!

Edmond Railyard Outdoor Mural Complete

The new mural is up at the Edmond Railyard, by Kris Kanaly and Dylan Bradway and has made a drab wall under the newly renovated patio area come to life in a colorful display of all that makes Edmond unique. I loved the photos shared with us taken by Downtown Edmond’s Small Architects! This space will be a wonderful place for our community to gather! The Edmond Railyard is being developed by another Downtown Edmond business, The Grant Group. You can check out the mural on 1st Street, just west of Broadway in the old lumberyard space.

Thanks to Small Architects for sharing this amazing photo when the Edmond Railyard mural by Kris Kanaly and Dylan Bradway was finished!
