Amplify: The Annual 5×5 Show & Sale returns to Edmond Fine Arts Institute Thursday May 4th

The annual and highly anticipated 5×5 Art Show and Sale returns Thursday, May 4th at 5:00 pm at Edmond Fine Arts Institute, presented by AT&T.

This show features more than 250 one-of-a-kind 5×5 inch canvases created by local and statewide artists. All pieces are for sale for $55 each. Proceeds from the event fund the Art in Schools Program and Student Scholarships at Edmond Fine Arts Institute. FAI is located at 27 E Edwards, Edmond, OK 73034, and will accept cash, check, or card at the event. It is recommended that attendees arrive before 5:00 pm to secure their pick of these highly sought-after, small works.

A NEW addition this year is an offering of 15 VIP Party Tickets for a preview and early selection of the pieces before the event formally opens. The 15 tickets will be for sale for $110 each, including the cost of one canvas and the opportunity to purchase two additional 5x5s. Tickets are available online at

Also, at Edmond Fine Arts on Thursday, May 4th, well-known Oklahoma artist Jack Fowler will open his visual art show in the FAI Gallery from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, sponsored by BancFirst.

After experiencing the 5×5 Show & Sale and Gallery Opening, check out Edmond VIBES. This free open-air art walk event takes place in the north portion of Downtown Edmond along Broadway, just right around the corner from Fine Arts Institute. Downtown Edmond will be full of good VIBES for all ages to enjoy, featuring the first-ever VIBES Artist Market and performing artists throughout the area.

The 5×5 Show and Sale is a program of the Fine Arts Institute, Edmond’s nonprofit community arts organization providing visual and performing art classes for children and adults year-round, and the 3rd and 4th grade Art in Schools Program in Edmond Public Schools.
