Hi everyone!

What a fun weekend ahead!

Saturday, Heard on Hurd returns for its May event! If you are new to the area, the event is family and dog friendly, and happens in Downtown Edmond from 6-10 pm.

There will be food trucks, shopping and of course, bands kick off the great vibe at 6:00 with the Old Bulldog Band, then at 7:40 Dr. Pants, and then the headliner at 9 will be Lincka!

Our new issue will be out at the end of next week, and I’m really excited to say its the 75th issue of Edmond! This issue deserved to honor our teachers persistence to bring better quality to our State’s classrooms through education funding. I’ve never been more inspired by a group in my life.

Click the cover to check out the digital edition or here before the print edition is distributed, and read about what is happening that may jeopardize the teacher pay raises. Also, read about the Walkout from the perspective from two Edmond educators.

This is the second location in the Oklahoma City area. Cowboy Chicken challenges the status quo by never compromising on the quality of their ingredients. Their chicken is all natural and has no added hormones or steroids. The meals are hand crafted daily from only the freshest ingredients. They call this honest food, and it’s what keeps friends and family coming back for more.
