Hi everyone, it looks like Fall is finally here, what with our first freeze this weekend and the colors finally changing around town. Lots of positive change going on over here that I can’t wait to share at the beginning of the year!

Today, the inaugural Edmond Shines talent show benefiting Edmond Family Counseling happens today at 2 pm at Edmond North’s auditorium, and it will be terrific! This year’s participants are nothing short of fantastic! A $10 donation is appreciated, which directly benefits Edmond Family Counseling and the wonderful services they offer Edmond residents year round, and there will be BBQ from the Chestand’s Truck, and coffee from Deb’s Coffee Cart, too!

If you can’t make it to the show in person, be sure to watch Upstream’s Live Stream of the event, or you can watch live at EdmondActive’s Facebook Page here, and if you are interested in hosting a live stream event, contact locally owned Upstream by clicking their logo on the side bar or clicking here to visit their website!

If you’d like to see interviews, view the live show again, or donate to Edmond Family Counseling, visit Edmondshines.Edmondfamily.org!

Anne McCarthy and her staff at Emory Anne Interiors located at 150th and Santa Fe are working hard to make sure this year’s holiday open house Thursday November 2nd is one to remember. Anne is always looking for new and unique items for the holidays that are unique to our area, for decor and for gift giving! The open house will run from 4 pm to 8 pm and you won’t want to miss it!

The 2nd Socially Unacceptable marketing class is happening at Citizen’s Bank of Edmond on Thursday evening November 2nd, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm – This workshop is free, but RSVP is appreciated through an email to cgarrison@citizensedmond.com. You will be able to collaborate and learn from other social building business owners!

That’s about it for today, check back in here Tuesday afternoon for more information on upcoming open houses, upcoming events and more!

Have an amazing Sunday,

Sherri
